Terms and conditions.
For services of Philipp Seiler & Filip Siebert GbR, Erika-Mann-Straße 23, 80636 Munich, Germany (“we”). Our offer is aimed exclusively at businesses.
§ 1 Scope
(1) These terms apply to all contracts between Philipp Seiler & Filip Siebert GbR and its customers for sales support services, in particular conducting sales conversations in German with prospects in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (discovery, demos alongside the customer’s team, objection handling, follow-up and negotiation).
(2) Our services are aimed exclusively at businesses. We do not enter into contracts with consumers.
(3) Deviating terms of the customer apply only if we have expressly agreed to them in text form.
§ 2 Individual agreement
(1) The information on this website is not a binding offer but an invitation to contact us.
(2) Scope, fees, term and all further details of an engagement are agreed individually in writing before we start work. That agreement takes precedence over these terms.
(3) The intro call is free and non-binding.
§ 3 Nature of our services
(1) We conduct sales conversations on the basis of the meetings, information and pricing frame provided by the customer. We do not generate leads.
(2) Contracts with end customers are concluded exclusively between the customer and its end customer. We are not authorised to make binding declarations on the customer’s behalf unless this has been expressly agreed in writing.
(3) Whether a prospect signs depends on factors outside our control, such as product, price and the prospect’s own decision. We owe the agreed activities, not a particular result such as a signed contract, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
§ 4 Confidentiality
Both parties treat all confidential information they receive in the course of the cooperation, in particular customer, pricing and product information, as strictly confidential, also after the end of the contract.
§ 5 Final provisions
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
(2) The place of jurisdiction is Munich, to the extent legally permissible.
(3) Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
